On my first day at school, my father said to me: "My boy, always do what comes from the heart, something that makes you happy above all! If you can do that, then success will come all by itself!

 

In the meantime I have been working in my profession for more than 35 years; working with people has always spurred me on! Therefore, I have focused my work in areas where I can motivate, inspire and challenge people of different backgrounds, cultures, religions and genders. I apply this in interim management (SCM, Operational Excellence, Change Management), coaching and using Lean Management tools as well as using agile tools and ways of working in the changing world of work. 

 

I support the realignment, planning and design of offices, the creation of "hybrid work environments" that combine Home-Offices and offices and enable flexible and dynamic working with modern communication.

 

In addition, I deal with the personality development of people, with the aim of strengthening self-confidence and increasing self-esteem and well-being. This promotes motivation and thus also performance.
