LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is a moderated meeting, communication and problem-solving method in which LEGO® bricks are used as a constructive tool for reflection and the exchange of ideas. 

Improving communication skills

by creatively building models, complex thoughts and ideas are presented clearly and comprehensibly; 

 

this promotes a deeper understanding of individual and collective perspectives as well as open and effective communication within the team, which also facilitates problem-solving, among other factors

I am Hauke Harnisch, an enthusiast and motivator. Through my profession, which I have been doing for over 35 years, I have been abroad for many years and met different cultures, people and companies. 

 

 

For me, the focus is on people. I want to inspire and develop people so that they experience and live out their true passions and possibilities. This helps me to do my job successfully as well as the companies I work with to become even more successful with motivated employees.
